Here are the eligibility requirements for the 2023 AEMA Producer of the Year:

• The purpose of this year's Producer of the Year award is to recognize and encourage Hong Kong electronic music producers who work behind the scenes to contribute to the EDM or electronic music industry in Hong Kong.

• The nomination period runs from July 20, 2023, to July 31, 2023.

• Candidate producers must select one song as their entry.

• The entry song must be an EDM or electronic music song or MV that was first released online (e.g., on YouTube, Soundcloud, or Spotify) in the Hong Kong region between January 1, 2022 - December 31, 2022.

• The entry song must be an original or a remix by the original creator, and any plagiarism or infringement will not be accepted.

• The producer of the entry song must be the primary creator of the song and play an important role in the production process.

• The entry song must demonstrate high-level technical and creative skills in music composition, arrangement, production, mixing, etc.

• Candidates must submit a complete application package, including the entry song's music file, the producer's resume, photos, etc.

• Music producers of any nationality are eligible to enter, but they must be permanent residents of Hong Kong or legally reside in Hong Kong.

• 是次年度製作人大獎，目的是讚揚並鼓勵香港電子音樂製作人在幕後努力為香港的 EDM 或電子音樂領域做出貢獻。

• 提名期限為2023年7月20日至2023年7月31日止。

• 參選製作人必須選擇一首歌曲作為參賽作品。

• 參選歌曲必須是在2022年1月1日至12月31日期間(即2022年內)在香港地區首次以線上方式(例如：Youtube/Soundcloud/Spotify)發佈的EDM或電子音樂歌曲或 MV。

• 參選歌曲必須是原創或原創者Remix的音樂作品，不接受任何抄襲或侵權行為。

• 參選歌曲的製作人必須為該歌曲的主要創作者，並在製作過程中發揮重要作用。

• 參選歌曲必須在音樂創作、編曲、製作、混音等方面展現出高水準的技術和創意。

• 參選人必須提交完整的申請材料，包括參選歌曲的音樂文件、製作人的簡歷和照片等。

• 任何國籍的音樂製作人均可參選，但必須定居或為香港合法居民。
